  • City orientation tour, showing the main areas, medical facilities, shopping areas, parks, places of worship, museums, leisure facilities, government offices (company car with air-conditioning and professional driver are provided)
  • Housing overview - tour to pre-selected specific districts and neighborhoods. One of our specialists will accompany you to all scheduled appointments
  • Schooling overview (if applicable)
  • Review home country and new destination school systems
  • Address the family's education concerns and long term education goals
  • Provide overview of new destination school options and admission procedures
  • Screening and booking of temporary accommodation (short-term serviced apartments, apart-hotels, etc)
  • Negotiating the accommodation contract and where possible, negotiating the rent down
  • Handling the "Check-in inspection" (if applicable) at the property together with the expatriate, and if necessary, arranging a written detailed summary to be signed by parties involved
